    Secretary General of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova

    Ms. Tamara Gheorghița is the Secretary General of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova since September 2021. 

    Ms. Tamara Gheorghița has over 20 years of experience in human resources management, performance management, recruitment and selection, organizational development, and human resources training.

    She has worked in public administration for over 15 years in Government (adviser to the Prime Minister) and State Chancellery (head of Department), leading civil service reform (including in programs funded by development partners), developing public policies on human resource management (competitive recruitment, trial period for beginners, individual/collective performance evaluation, non-financial motivation, professional development, HRM monitoring and evaluation system), providing training and consulting for various beneficiaries.

    Ms. Tamara Gheorghița has built an impressive experience in providing consulting services and methodological support on the implementation of the national regulatory framework for civil service in the central and local public administration authorities.

    She also worked as a university lecturer/trainer in management, personnel procedures in the civil service at the Academy of Public Administration of Moldova.

    Ms. Tamara Gheorghița holds a PhD in Administrative Sciences from the Academy of Public Administration of Moldova. She has over 30 articles published in various publications and a monograph.
